Compression garments
Under the laws of Ukraine, certain categories of goods of proper quality — in particular items of personal hygiene, corsetry, underwear and other goods included in the statutory list — are not subject to exchange or return.
Therefore, before purchasing compression garments, please carefully check the chosen model, size and colour.
If you are not sure about the size, contact us before placing your order. Our experience allows us to select compression garments based on individual measurements, including for use after a planned plastic surgery.
Compression hosiery
Hosiery of proper quality also belongs to the categories of goods that, under the laws of Ukraine, are not subject to exchange or return.
For hygiene reasons, compression stockings and other hosiery are not available for fitting, including during self-pickup.
Please pay particular attention to choosing the model and determining the size using the size chart on the relevant product page. If in doubt, we recommend consulting our manager before purchasing.
Checking your order on receipt
When receiving your order through a delivery service, we recommend checking the integrity of the packaging, the completeness of the order and the appearance of the product.
