Order payment is made by bank transfer to the company’s current account using the IBAN details.
The payment details are provided by the manager after your order is placed and confirmed.
The order is shipped or handed over after the payment has been received.
Delivery by Nova Poshta
We ship orders to Nova Poshta branches and parcel lockers across Ukraine.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after the order is confirmed and the payment is received.
The delivery cost is calculated according to Nova Poshta tariffs and is paid by the recipient.
Cash on delivery is not available.
When receiving your order, we recommend checking that it is complete and in good condition. If the packaging or the product is damaged, or the order contents do not match what you expected, record this together with the courier representative and let us know.
Courier delivery within Kyiv
Courier delivery within Kyiv takes 3–4 business days after the order is confirmed and the payment is received.
Delivery is free of charge.
Please check with the manager in advance whether delivery to your specific address is possible.
Self-pickup in Kyiv
You can collect your order in person at:

Self-pickup is arranged in advance with the manager, as a company representative is not always present at this address.
